What do I need to upload?
A product export (CSV or Excel) with titles, prices and stock, plus your store URL. A cost column is optional but unlocks hard euro margin figures.
Do you need access to my store admin?
No. We only need a public export and your public store URL. We never log in to your shop.
How long does an audit take?
Usually a few minutes after payment. You get an email the moment it is ready.
Is my data safe?
We only analyze your own store, and uploads are auto-deleted after 90 days. See our sub-processor list for the services we use.
